Good afternoon Haynesfield families.
I hope everyone is enjoying their summer break. Anyday, you should be receiving a letter in the mail detailing your child's homeroom teacher, as well as, giving information about this year's Open House/Party on the Grounds. The date for that event was mistakenly left out on the letter; therefore, I am sending a call home and email.
Open House/Party on the Grounds will be on Thursday, July 29th from 5:00-7:00.
We will host two different sessions in classrooms where students and families can meet their teacher, drop off supplies, tour the room, and gain information about the coming year. By having two different sessions, we are hoping to accommodate families that may have more than one student in the building. Families with one student in the building do not need to attend both sessions.
Session 1 5:00-5:30
Session 2 5:30-6:00
Our Party on the Grounds will be from 5:30-7pm. There will be music, food trucks, games, and door prizes. Feel free to bring your own lawn chair and gather with us on the side playground for a time of fellowship and celebration of our new upcoming school year.
